I got a post office box, they never notify you for renewals. I'm out of the area so they give you the notice in the Po box not your email or contact info givin. Very disappointed
The service by the relief delivery person included throwing our mail on the ground and intentional damage to our packages. We only get mail now when the "regular" mailman works - so no mail on Monday. When he is on vacation I have to go to the post office and get the mail. The last two times I have done that the lobby person didn't actually give me all my mail and I had to go back again (12 mile round trip) to get my packages. I have now been waiting six days for them to find a box tracking shows as delivered. Worst post office ever.
